From first grade to fifth grade
The “breadfruit tree” is the nickname of the chestnut tree which translates the place of choice of the chestnut in the traditional Corsican diet. This tree was also a precious economic resource for the inhabitants, through the exploitation of its wood and tannin.
Corresponds to the theme of the room “The appropriation of techniques”.
Technique: gastronomic workshop, preparation of the pulenda and discovery of the products derived from the chestnut.
